Photoh legal
Privacy Policy
Effective October 23, 2026
Photoh uses photo access to organize and search screenshots. Screenshot analysis is performed on your device. Photoh does not upload your screenshot contents for advertising or sell them.
Information Photoh accesses
Photos and screenshots. With your permission, Photoh accesses screenshots from your Apple Photos library so you can browse, organize, search, compare, share, and remove them. On-device processing may create local metadata such as recognized text, visual fingerprints, folder assignments, and search indexes.
Account information. If you create an account or use Google Sign-In, Photoh may receive information such as your name, email address, user identifier, and authentication tokens through Firebase Authentication and Google. Passwords entered for authentication are handled by the authentication provider and are not stored by Photoh.
Purchase information. Apple processes App Store purchases. Photoh may receive subscription status and transaction identifiers needed to enable paid features.
How information is used
- Provide authentication and maintain your account session.
- Display, organize, search, and compare screenshots at your request.
- Remember local folders, preferences, and search metadata.
- Enable and restore subscription features.
- Protect the service, troubleshoot errors, and comply with legal obligations.
On-device processing
Photoh’s screenshot recognition, visual comparison, and organization features are designed to run on your device. The app may store generated indexes and organizational metadata locally so searches can return quickly. Your original photos remain in your Photos library unless you choose to remove them using system-provided controls.
Service providers
Photoh relies on Apple for Photos access, App Store purchases, and platform services; Google Sign-In when you choose Google authentication; and Firebase Authentication for account services. These providers process limited information under their own privacy terms. Photoh does not sell personal information.
Retention and your choices
You control Photos permission in iOS Settings and can revoke it at any time. You can sign out of your Photoh account from the app. Local app data can be removed by deleting the app. Authentication providers may retain account records as required to operate and secure their services.
Children’s privacy
Photoh is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated as Photoh evolves. The effective date above will change when material updates are made. For privacy questions or account requests, contact Photoh using the developer support email displayed on the Google authorization screen or the app’s App Store listing.
